The plan

a year, per district. The same for every district and charter.
You pay after you create your account.
What it includes
- All 41 tools and the yearly updates.
- Every user in your district, invited by email. There is no seat count.
- A copy of the tools you can download and run offline.
- Importing files into the tools. They are read in your browser and never uploaded.

How you pay
By card
Pay by card through Stripe Checkout. Your access starts as soon as the payment goes through. Your card number goes to Stripe and never touches our servers.
By invoice or purchase order
Choose "Pay by invoice or purchase order" on the Billing page. We email a Stripe invoice due in 30 days (net 30), payable by ACH or check. Your access starts when the invoice is created, so you do not have to wait for your accounts payable cycle.
Term, renewal and refunds
- Term. 12 months from the day you buy. It is not prorated to the July 1 fiscal year.
- Renewal. It renews automatically for another 12 months until you cancel. If you pay by invoice, each renewal comes with a new invoice.
- Canceling. You manage your card and cancel on the Billing page, which opens Stripe's customer portal.
- Refund. A full refund within 30 days of buying, no questions. Email support@yellowcells.com and we refund the whole amount.
- If the subscription ends. Hosted access ends when the subscription does. A copy of the tools you downloaded keeps working.

Questions
Can several people use it?
Yes. One subscription covers your whole district and there is no limit on users. The person who signs up invites colleagues by email from the Team page. Charters pay the same as districts.
Does the price depend on the size of the district?
No. It is $1,000 a year, flat, for every district and charter.
Do you store student data?
No. A file you import into a tool is read in your browser and never uploaded, and what you type stays in your browser until you save it to a file. We store your users' names and email addresses, your district's name and your billing records. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us. The privacy policy has the details.
Can we pay with a purchase order?
Yes. Choose "Pay by invoice or purchase order" on the Billing page and enter your PO number. We email a Stripe invoice due in 30 days, payable by ACH or check, and your access starts when the invoice is created.
What if we cancel?
Cancel in Stripe's customer portal, which you reach from the Billing page, and the subscription stops renewing. Hosted access ends when the subscription ends, on the date the Billing page shows. A copy of the tools you already downloaded keeps working. If you cancel within 30 days of buying, you can have a full refund instead.
Is there a trial?
No. There is no free trial and no free pilot year. Three tools are free and need no account, so you can try them first. If you buy and change your mind, you have 30 days to ask for a full refund.
